These past several weeks have been very eventful. God certainly has a way of reminding us of our weaknesses and then highlighting that all our joy and strength is to be found in Him, and Him alone. It is so great to know that no matter what is going on around us God has complete control and that as we demonstrate our faith in who He is. He just shows up big all the time. I don't know about you, but I am regularly reminded of just how weak I am, and how limited my abilities are. But, my God is able to do all things in a way that is just unbelievable. And that's not just a one time event; He is able all the time, anywhere,anyplace, anytime, and there is nothing, no nothing that He can't do. He also promises to be my shield and my strength.

  We had another sweep this past Wednesday with Metro PD and CCPO. It is amazing to see how God is giving us this unique opportunity to offer His love and care to these women as well as the offer of long term faith based treatment on the spot. This week was a week of rescue for Veronica! Thank you Lord! We have known Ronnie for several years and by her own admission she just couldn't seem to stop wandering back onto Broadway from time to time. She has an 8 year old son and we listened with tears as she explained to him on the phone that she wanted to go get better so that she could be the Mom she always has wanted to be. It so amazing how God sets up His redemptive work in our lives. I am sure Ronnie had no idea that night that God saw her specifically and planned to rescue her when she hit Broadway. I think it's incredible to watch God work in the way that only He can. Please pray that Ronnie would stay in the program and that God would begin to truly heal her brokenness. The first few weeks and months are tough and our enemy doesn't want to see us healthy and whole. Please continue to pray for God's favor with this initiative and that He would close the holes in the net still remaining. Our greatest challenge is still providing immediate detox to those who still need it prior to entering long term residential care and discipleship. We thank God for His work on our behalf and give Him all the praise. All of this belongs to Him and is really designed to show just how much He loves us and the lengths He will go to save us. URGENT PRAYER REQUEST ABOUT THE STREETS

Please be praying for the protection and safety of our women.Our girls are being,beaten,robbed,and raped regularly on Broadway.They are being targeted in their vulnerable,helpless state and the abuse is increasing.There are 2 known men as we speak that are regularly abusing and violating these girls.Pray that our Metro officers will be able to apprehend these guys and put them away for a long time.The girls are afraid to speak because of the repercussions,so pray for safety and strength and a hedge of protection for these women.They need your prayers!  thank you
