Just a quick update and praise report. Many of you have been praying for Hannah (Johanna) for quite some time. She has been struggling terribly with her addiction to heroin and Xanax. After months and months of prayer and God's intervention, she began bringing her clothing to us, dropped her ID and one day came in and said she had had enough. We were able to get her into a detox in South Carolina. We contacted her father and he met us here at 1700 and put her on a bus to SC. She called when she was released from the detox to say how wonderful it feels to be clean again, home with her mother and helping to care for her niece. She is currently in an intensive out patient program and pursuing part time work. Please pray that she would not return to Camden and that she would continue to allow God to heal her completely from the inside out. Thank you for your continued prayers and just so you know this is the real power over these girls lives. The constant, faithful prayers that you offer day in and day out are heard by our Heavenly Father and He is answering one life at a time.Keep praying!

Shannon W., Katie B.Katie M., Corrine R., please lift these girls up! They continue to suffer and struggle with the stronghold of drugs and only Christ can set them free. The weather is getting cold, the streets are even colder. Pray that we would continue to plant the seeds of Hope--these women need to have their lives transformed. We know that God is able to reach and rescue anyone at anytime! As the time draws near for Thanksgiving, we just want you to know how much we thank God for all of you, your prayers, support and love for these women. So many of you make it possible for us to be on the front lines and for that we are so grateful. Pray God will add women to us this year that are passionate for Him first and then for these precious broken women. We look forward to how God is going to bring many new opportunities in this new year to bring Him glory and affect the lives of these women with the power of His love and forgiveness. We love you guys, Brenda and the SHAN team
